The instructions in this article are for international eXp Agents who's email accounts are on the Zoho Mail platform. To see if your account is on the Zoho Mail platform, you can log into your Okta account at 
https://exprealty.okta.com to verify if a zoho tile has been provided on your account. 
Gmail 'Send As' allows users to respond to emails using an email address other than the address associated with the Gmail account. This article will cover:
- Setting up the send as feature in Gmail for your eXp email address
 
- Sending email using your eXp email address from Gmail

Setting Up the Send As feature in Gmail for Your eXp Email Address
eXp provides access to Zoho Mail using Okta Single Sign for security. Seting up the Send As in Gmail will require you to have an application-specific password so Gmail can bypass the Okta Single Sign On System. To create an app-specific password please follow the instructions found 
here. Once you've generated your a new app-specific password for this process come back to this article to continue the process by following the steps below.
1. Log into your Gmail account and open the main settings menu by clicking the gear 

on the top right and then seleting 
See all settings.
2. Next click the Accounts and Import tab at the top. Find the 'Send mail as' section on in the headings along the left side of the menu and select Add another email address.
3. A pop-up box will appear. In the field for your name enter the name you want others to see when sending from your eXp address. Enter your full eXp email address in the email address field. If you are satisfied with the name and have entered your email address, click Next Step.  
4. In the next window for SMTP Server you'll enter smtppro.zoho.eu. For the Port number to the right, select 465. In the username field enter your complete eXp email address. In the password field enter the application specific password you created for this setup. Verify the secured connection selected is SSL. Review the entered information to ensure all is correct and then click Add Account.
5. Google will require you to confirm and verify the setup by clicking a confirmation link sent to your eXp email inbox. Once you click the link in the email you'll be redirected to another website where you'll need to click the Confirm button as shown in the images below. 
If you don't get the confirmation email in your eXp email inbox you can click Resend Email in the confirm verification window shown in 5a. Otherwise you can click Close Window when done.

6. When you return to Gmail account, go to settings and verify that you now see your exp email address listed in the 'Send mail as' section.
Sending Email Using Your eXp Email Address from Gmail
1. Now that you've got Send As set up for use with your eXp email address in your Gmail account, all you have to do is click compose to start writing a new email as normal. Next, click on the from field in the compose box and select your eXp email address to send email with that address. Compose your email and click Send. You can go to your sent folder to verify that Gmail has sent your email.
