How to Log into your eXp Email (International Agents Only) - Zoho Mail

The instructions in this article are for international eXp Agents who's email accounts are on the Zoho Mail platform. To see if your account is on the Zoho Mail platform, you can log into your Okta account at https://exprealty.okta.com to verify if a zoho tile has been provided on your account. 

eXp provides an email account to international agents that is accessible using your eXp Passport credentials.

To log into your email, first you'll need to access your Okta account at https://exprealty.okta.com. If you cannot access your Okta account please email the eXp Technical Support team at support@exprealty.net and so we can assist you. 

Once you've logged into your Okta account, look for the 'Zoho Mail' tile and select it.



If you are having trouble finding it, you can also search in the top left corner and select it from search results.


Once you've clicked on the Zoho Mail tile you'll be taken directly to the inbox for your eXp mail. Here you'll have all the functionality of a normal inbox for sending and receiving email, a calendar, to-do list and more.
