Why isn't my Buy Box showing up at the end of the property submission?!
Your property submission has to match the Buy Box 100% to be sent to the iBuyer. We do this as a way to respect the iBuyers time, by only sending them the properties that they are looking for. If your submission doesn't match, you will see this message in step 5:
Here's a list of 10 filters that can cause the Buy Box to not show up as an option in step 5 (and that you need to verify):
- State
- Region (County)
- MLS listed
- Construction type
- Location density
- Renovation extent
- Square Feet
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Must Not Haves section
Compare each of these variables to make sure they line up and then you should be able to submit it to the Buy Box that you expected.
