What is a Buy Box?

The Buy Box is the investment criteria that the iBuyer is looking for. The Buy Box covers one or more counties in a state. Read the Buy Box carefully to make sure that the property that you want to submit fits it exactly. Our ExpressOffers platform has validation matching, so that your property submission will fail... if it doesn't match. Watch Seth's video explanation on how Buy Boxes are matched to the property submission.

The Buy Box is the first place an agent will need to check before approaching a seller client with cash options.

Here’s an example of different types of Buy Boxes from one iBuyer:
Land = Green, Buy & Hold = Blue, Fix & Flip = Orange
