  • Gather Property Information: Collect detailed information about the property’s condition, including any necessary details for the property submission.

  • Secure Seller-Client Opt-In Form: Obtain a signed Seller-Client Opt-In Form from the seller. This form is required for both Opendoor and the general ExpressOffers marketplace.

Property Eligibility Testing:

    • Opendoor: If the property qualifies for an Opendoor offer, proceed with the Opendoor-specific submission process.
