What are the basic steps for submitting a property to ExpressOffers?

These are the basic steps for the following situations. 
Each state is governed by its own forms, contracts, agency and license law.

ExpressOffers Basic steps ( off market property):
  1. Check the Buy Box to make sure that your property matches all 10 required items.
  2. Disclosure to Sellers signed. Note: You can find the Disclosure to Sellers document inside the software platform under Downloads on the left hand menu.
  3. Compensation / Agency Agreements signed. Note: If you are unclear on which forms to use, please contact your state broker management team (Designated Managing Broker). 
  4. Property Condition Report. Note: You can find the Property Condition Report inside the software platform under Downloads on the left hand menu.
  5. Required Pics. Here's some photo help.
  6. Upload Disclosure to Sellers document and compensation agreement to SkySlope (use the ExpressOffers Listing Checklist in SkySlope).
  7. Capture the unique SkySlope email address.
  8. Submit the property to ExpressOffers.

For an MLS listed property (listed by outside firm):
  1. Check the Buy Box - does the iBuyer accept MLS listed properties? And, make sure that your property matches all 10 required items.
  2. No Disclosure to Sellers needed.
  3. Did you do the math equations based on the iBuyers strategy? Here's some formula help.
  4. Have you talked to the listing agent to determine the sellers situation?
  5. Have you toured the property? 
  6. Property Condition Report. Note: You can find the Property Condition Report inside the software platform under Downloads on the left hand menu.
  7. Required Pics. Here's some photo help.
  8. Commission paid by the co-op offered in the MLS.
  9. Submit the property to ExpressOffers.

For an eXp listed property (listed by YOU):
  1. Check the Buy Box to make sure that your property matches all 10 required items.
  2. Disclosure to Sellers signed. Note: You can find the Disclosure to Sellers document inside the software platform under Downloads on the left hand menu.
  3. Compensation / Agency Agreements signed. Note: If you are unclear on which forms to use, please contact your state broker management team (Designated Managing Broker). 
  4. If already listed, you will need a Compensation Agreement Addendum. Note: per the Disclosure to Sellers document, we will only charge the seller the listing side of the commission IF they accept an ExpressOffer.
  5. Property Condition Report. Note: You can find the Property Condition Report inside the software platform under Downloads on the left hand menu.
  6. Required Pics. Here's some photo help.
  7. Upload to SkySlope (Change listing “type” to ExpressOffers). Note: make sure that you have uploaded the Disclosure to Sellers document, and addendum to SkySlope.
  8. Capture the unique SkySlope email address.
  9. Submit the property to ExpressOffers.
