What are the basic steps for submitting a property to ExpressOffers?
Each state is governed by its own forms, contracts, agency and license law.
These are the basic steps for the following situations.
Review the Q&A Brochure: Present and discuss the updated Q&A brochure with the seller to ensure they understand the ExpressOffers process. Secure Seller-Client Opt-In Form: Obtain a signed Seller-Client Opt-In Form from the seller. This form is for both Opendoor and the general ExpressOffers marketplace. Gather Property Information: Collect detailed information about the property’s condition (form not required for submission), including any necessary details for the property submission. Submit New Property: Click GREEN “Submit New Property” button
