This doc explains how to export contacts stored on the eXp iRedMail server into a VCF file and import into Zoho Mail. Once contacts have been exported you can use the VCF file to import into your preffered email client or directly into the Zoho Mail platform if you'll be using webmail or Zoho Mail mobile apps. If you're country has already been moved to the Zoho Mail platform you will not be able to perform the export process outlined in this doc.

iRedMail accounts are typically deactivated after migration to the Zoho Mail platform has been completed. If you have contacts stored in iRedMail instead of locally on your computer, you'll want to export them before your account has been moved to Zoho Mail. This will help to ensure an easier transition and that you have the file for import when your zoho mail account has been provided.
2. After you've logged in, click on Contacts in the left sidebar. Once in the Contacts section of your account you'll want to verify that Personal Addresses is selected on the top left so that all contacts and groups are included in the export. Next at the top on the far right you'll find the Export option and click the caret on the right of the button. In the drop list choose Export all. You should see the downloads for your VCF file start. To verify the download has completed, check your Downloads folder on your computer for a contacts.vcf file.

2. From your Okta dashboard choose the Zoho Mail tile to log into your account.
3. In the top navigational bar select Mail.
4. Choose Contacts from the left side bar.
5. In the left sidebar of the Contacts window, verify you have My Contacts highlighted in the left side bar to ensure you are uploading to your personal folders and not organization folders. This will ensure your contacts aren't visible to everyone.
6. Select Import Contacts at the center of the screen.
7. Choose Local File from the upload options.
8. When your file manager opens find the contacts.vcf file that you downloaded from your iRedMail account earlier and select it.
9. If everything completes properly you should see a message stating that your contacts have been successfully imported at the top of the screen.
10. Your contacts have been successfully added to the Zoho Mail platform! You should now see them in the main section for contacts.
