How can I get leads from ExpressOffers?



You must be a Certified ExpressOffers Agent, to be eligible to receive Seller leads. Make sure that you log into the platform at least once because that is where we get our list of agents to send leads to. Also, please edit your profile inside the ExpressOffers platform to make sure your phone number is current and include the zip codes that you service because this helps us find you for leads. 

You may receive ExpressOffers leads from multiple sources. We built a software tool that we call the "lead router" to distribute seller leads to you. The first two options come via text message from  360-218-0074 for a 25% referral fee:
  1. Our consumer facing website: expressoffers.com. We have built a software tool to distribute those seller leads to our agents for a 25% referral fee. 
  2. Our ISA (Inside Sales Associate) department receives sellers inquiries from the ExpressOffers program's online marketing efforts and the ISA team will set the appointment with the seller and then put that into our lead router.  The lead router send out to all certified agents within a close proximity to the seller's property.  You must be the first to claim the texted lead.
    PRO TIP: Save the number above in your mobile device and label: ExpressOffers Sellers - you might even want to assign a special ringtone so you know it's MONEY!
  3. ExpressOffers Agent URL: you can use this free link on all social to promote your marketing efforts and the leads will be sent to you via directly KV Core.
