How To Toggle Whether A Lead Is Required To Enter A Phone Number

To change whether someone registering on your site is required to enter a phone number, visit the "Mandate Phone" portion of your site settings.

Before you change anything, it is recommended that you read this article for more information on requiring phone numbers.

1. Log into your kvCORE Dashboard

 

2. Click the Website Manager Icon in the left-side menu, then select Website Settings


 


3. Scroll through the General settings until you see the Mandate Phone toggle, click the toggle on to require phone numbers
