Reason 2 Why Your Budget Hasn't Been Used Up
Sometimes when we target various areas with the Making It Rain program, those areas just aren't searched as often as we'd like. When areas aren't searched as often, your ads simply won't see as many clicks and your budget isn't fully used up.
This doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the popularity of the area we are targeting or even it's total population.
If after 30 days we notice one or more of your areas aren't getting searched or clicked as much as we'd like, a good solution is to try and add a few more target areas.
