Who can submit the requests?
These request must be initiated by the active eXp Realty agent who is the Admin of the team
* Some teams have administrative assistants or managers that help them. They can also email this request in but must CC in the active eXp Realty Agent who is the owner of the team.
What items to check for before sending in the request:
1. Is the agent fully onboarded with eXp Realty
2. Has the active eXp Agent opted into BoldTrail
All eXp agents must complete the opt in process inside of their Enterprise account before the account is created.
3. If they are new to eXp Realty and have opted into BoldTrail, have they received their "Welcome to BoldTrail" email and verified they have signed into boldtrail.com at least once

if your agent has not completed #1 you will need to wait until they are fully onboarded and completed #2 and #3
If your agent has not completed #2 please have them follow the instructions

If your agent has not verified #3 with you, please reach out to them and ensure they have signed in at least once.
