How to Check Hardware Specifications (Windows)
This guide will teach you how to identify the hardware that runs your computer.
Right click on the start menu or press
⊞ Win
+
R
(Windows key+R)
Type in the Run box: dxdiag
Please note that this may take some time to run the diagnostic depending the speed of your computer
The System Tab will reflect most of your computers information.
DirectX 11 is required for eXp World. If you are not running DirectX 11 you may need to run Windows updates
Your tabs may vary depending on how many devices you have connected to your computer
The Display or Display 1 tab will provide you with your Graphics Card information.
Clicking on "Save All Information" will save the diagnostic to a notepad file. This will allow you to send it to a Support Specialist if requested.
To find out if your computer will run eXp World you can cross reference this information with the eXp World Hardware Requirements found
