https://exprealty.okta.com and click the
Zoho Mail tile. This will take you to your
Zoho Workplace Dashboard.
2. Once on the dashboard click Mail in the top bar or in the mail widget to get to your Zoho Mail dashboard.
3. Once in your Zoho Mail dashbaord, head to the settings menu by clicking the gear icon

on the top right.
4. Once in the settings menu scroll down in the left side bar and click Mail Accounts to open the related configuration menu to the right. At the top of the configuration menu you'll see tabs labeled: General, POP, IMAP, SMTP and Forwards. Click IMAP to show the related settings.
Here you'll need to place a check in the box next to 'IMAP Access' and 'Auto-Expunge Emails'. This will ensure when you set up your email client it mirrors the server, including deleted communications.
To allow syncing of previoulsy archived emails with your email client place a check for 'Include Archived Emails' directly below the Auto-Expunge Emails option.
Once your've selected the required IMAP settings, click Save at the bottom to complete the setup for IMAP connectivity on your eXp provided email account.
Creating an Application Specific Password
Your Zoho Mail account is accessed by using the eXp Passport login creditials tied to your Okta profile. However, since most email clients aren't able to connect to Okta for account verification, you'll need to create an appliation-specific password for iOS devices to be authenticated by the server. When using an app-specific password the Zoho Platform will recognize the created password and allow your chosen application to bypass the Okta verification.
Follow the steps outlined below to create an application specific password for use with your iOS device.
1. From your Zoho Workplace / Mail account, click the user profile icon on the top right to reveal the user profile menu.
2. From the user profile menu select 'My Account'. You may be requested to verify your identity before you can access the necessary menus. If so click the SAML button highlighted in the image below to be redirected to the Okta login page where you can enter your the required password.
If you don't get the security prompt below after clicking 'My Account' in the profile menu skip to step 3.

3. Once you've accessed your zoho account configuration page, click Security in the left sidebar to open the submenu and then click App Password below. You'll see the Application-Specific Passwords box to the right. Click the Generate New Password button to begin creation of a new app specific password.
Enter 'iPhone or iPad' in the box for the app name so you can distinguish this generated password from others. This will ensure you don't delete the incorrect password should you need to recreate it. Once you've entered the app name for the associated password being created, click Generate.
You may see a prompt appear above asking you to verify yourself as shown in the image below. If you do, click the hyperlinked words 'click here'. You'll be prompted to verify your account via your Okta login before you can continue as shown above.
4. Once you've verified your account, you'll be returned to the previous screen with your application specific displayed. Left click on'Click to Copy' to save the password to your clipboard. Before closing the window paste to notepad or another doc where you can retrieve the password for later use.
If you choose to manually copy the password please note that the spaces displayed visually in the password are to be omitted when entering the password in the chosen application.
Once you close the window displaying your app-specific password, you will not be able to view it again. If you did not save it for future reference and it has been removed from your computer’s clipboard, you’ll need to delete the existing password by selecting the trash can icon to the right of the application name. Once you've deleted the password return to step 3 of this section and create a new app password.
You have completed the creation of the required app specific password for your iOS device. To complete the setup proceed to "Connecting Outlook to Your eXp Email Inbox" below.

Be sure to fill in your full email address in every field that ask your username and enter the incoming and outgoing server addresses exactly as shown in the image. For line items where it shows the password is to be filled in be sure to use the app-specific password that you created in the earlier section of this article.
