Why Have I Been Awarded Less Shares Than in the Past for Stock Awards?

The number of shares awarded for these achievements corresponds with the number of agents who are in the organization and, as a result, with the growth and value of our agent-owned company and its underlying stock, maintaining value of awards for those agents who join us tomorrow, while recognizing the accomplishments and contributions of those who are with us today, and minimizing dilution.

            AGENT COUNT[1],[2]

NUMBER OF SHARES for first transaction of the year where the 420 University fee is paid.[3]

NUMBER OF SHARES to any agent or broker who caps[4]

NUMBER OF SHARES for each agent who an eXp agent attracts directly into the Company upon the closing of that new agent’s first transaction where University fee is paid[5]

For Example: If you were awarded 500 shares for attracting an agent while our agent count was between 1,500 and 2,000. Now that we have exceeded 2,000 agents, individuals will be awarded 375 shares for attracting an agent after their first closing, once we pass the 3,000 agent threshold when individuals will be awarded 250 shares for attracting an agent after their first closing.
