Turn on 2-Step Verification
When you enable 2-Step Verification (also known as two-factor authentication), you add an extra layer of security to your account. You sign in with something you know (your password) and something you have (a code sent to your phone).
Log into Google Chrome with your eXp Realty email account.
Click on the circle with your face or initial.
Click on My Account
Click on Sign in and Security
Scroll down and click the arrow to the right of 2 Step Verification.
Click on Get Started
Add your cell phone number and select if you want a text or a call and then click on send.
Put in the code your received by call or text. If you didn't get a code, click on resend. Once the code is added click next.
It will ask you to log in again.
It will ask you if you want to use your phone prompt as a second step, this is optional. It will allow you to click yes on your phone instead getting a call or text each time. If you don't want it click on Don't Use Prompt.
Once all of that is set up or if you decided not to use the prompt you will then be taken to the Security and Sign in area again and you should see this.
If you see this you are all set.
