Texas Agents: Hosting & Adding IABs Forms To Kunversion & Powered By CINC Sites

We want to make sure you have everything you need to stay compliant with Texas Real Estate Commission laws.

If you have any questions about TREC laws with regard to the Consumer Protection Notice or Information About Brokerage Service form, we encourage you to read this site thoroughly: https://www.trec.texas.gov/information-about-brokerage-services-iabs-consumer-protection-notice

For additional tips on posting your Consumer Protection Notice and Information About Brokerage Service form, we recommend reviewing this page as well: https://www.trec.texas.gov/tips-posting-iabs-and-consumer-protection-notice-0

            Filling Out Your IABs Form

You are required to fill out and host your own IABs form. For more information on this, please use the links above. The Texas Real Estate Commission hosts a blank fillable version of the document here: https://www.trec.texas.gov/forms/information-about-brokerage-services

            Hosting Your IABS Form Online

You will need to host your IABs form online. We recommend Google Drive and provide instructions for setting that up here: http://expressway.expcloud.com/lesson/hosting-iabs-on-google-drive/

*** At first, when the stricter guidelines were announced by TREC, eXp Realty did host a number of IABs forms for Agents in order to develop a solution as quickly as possible. Now that other solutions have been developed, this is not something eXp Realty continues to offer. ***

Adding IABS To Your Kunversion Website

Instructions for adding your IABS form to your Kunversion site are provided here: http://expressway.expcloud.com/lesson/adding-iabs-to-kunversion/

Adding IABS To Your Powered By CINC Site

Instructions for adding your IABS form to your Powered By CINC site are provided here: http://expressway.expcloud.com/lesson/adding-iabs-to-the-powered-by-cinc-platform/

            Consumer Protection Notice

Your Kunversion & Powered By CINC sites should automatically have the Consumer Protection Notice added. Please double check this.

If you don't see this in the footer of your site, please let Support@exprealty.com know.

They will need to confirm your site is properly attached to a Texas MLS.
