            How To Start A Remote Support Session

            If you have requested remote support assistance, the following steps should help you get started;
            1. While in your email inbox, click the email you have received from eXp Support. It should contain a link to start the session labeled JOIN SESSION. Click the button labeled JOIN SESSION.
            2. A new window will open. A new button labeled Download will be on that page. Click the button labeled Download.
            3. This will begin a download in your browser. Please open and run the downloaded file.
            4. Once the download is run, you will see in the lower right hand corner the Zoho Assist toolbar. You will then receive a prompt to Join Session. Click the button labeled Join.
            You will now be connected to the Remote Technician, who will assist you with your issue. You may communicate using the Chat feature on the toolbar.
