Agent Onboarding for agents in the USA can be contacted via email or if you have a guest pass, inside of eXp World at the Onboarding/Team Services building.
eXp World - Onboarding/Team Services can be reached easily by clicking the GO TO button at the top left and selecting the proper area.
There are two options listed - Lobby and Self-Help. The Self-Help area is an enclosed space that has information about the onboarding process and other useful topics, which can be viewed any time. The Lobby is split between the two teams, Agent Onboarding's ticket system is on the right side of the entrance.
The team's hours are Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Email - This department is split into Eastern, Central and Western. Depending on your state you will need to reach out to the appropriate email.
