Getting Started with eXp Passport

Activating Your eXp Passport Account

Please follow the steps below to activate your eXp Passport account.
  1. Locate the eXp Passport activation email in your inbox. NOTE: The subject will be "Welcome to eXp Passport!" or "ACTION REQUIRED: eXp Passport Account Activation"
  2. Click "Activate you eXp Passport Account" link in the email
  3. Set your password, security question and answer, and select a security image
  4. Click "Configure factor" to setup multifactor authentication
  5. Enter your mobile phone number and click "Send code"
  6. A text message containing a 6 digit code will be sent to your mobile phone
  7. Enter the code you received and click "Verify"
  8. Finished!


Can't find your activation email?

If you are unable to locate the activation email, click HERE to send a request to resend the activation email.
NOTE: In order for the activation email to be resent, the request must come from your @exprealty.com email address.



*** Be aware that clicking the activation link will verify your email forward. Any additional clicks on the verification link will cause the error above. In this case you can ignore the error as you have already verified your email.

However, if you have only clicked the link in the activation email once and are seeing the error above, click HERE to send a request to resend the activation email.
NOTE: In order for the activation email to be resent, the request must come from your @exprealty.com email address.
