The general answer is only if the property does NOT require court approval. This answer may not apply to all iBuyers.

require court approval. Essentially that means the trustee has the authority to negotiate the sale and does not have to take the deal to a probate judge for ultimate approval."

Is it OK if I email wholesale properties to our iBuyers?
