Why Does My BoldTrail Site Display Properties And Then Label Who The Listing Brokerage Is?
In order to display active properties from the MLS on a website, an IDX agreement must be signed and agreed upon with the MLS. Most MLSs require that the Listing Broker or Brokerage information is displayed alongside the listing itself so the consumer knows who truly represents the seller.
