Who Is A Mentee And What Are The Requirements?
The Mentor Program provides newly licensed agents a learning platform where you will gain the fundamental knowledge required to start and build a successful real estate career. Each mentee is paired with a certified eXp Realty mentor who is a member of the same MLS.
WHO IS A MENTEE
Generally, if an Agent has not completed three purchase Transactions or sale
Transactions (or any combination thereof) within the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Agent’s Onboard Date (collectively, the “Mentor Program Requirements”), the Agent will be required to participate in the eXp Mentor Program, as a mentee, upon transfer of their license to eXp. Each new agent is paired with an experienced agent who is a state broker-approved Certified Mentor shortly after the new agent’s license is transferred to eXp Realty. The decision to evaluate and/or issue waivers from the Program is determined on a case-by-case basis. WHO IS A MENTEE - North Carolina
Effective April 1, 2021 for NC Agents: All provisional brokers AND those who have not completed three (3) transactions within the previous twelve (12) month period are required to participate as a mentee in the program even if North Carolina is not the primary licensed state.
