What if I get a counter offer?

What if I get a counter offer?

Our iBuyers will have the option upon joining the marketplace to decide if they would like to consider counter offers.  If they choose to entertain counter offers, you will see a Counter button next to the Accept or Reject buttons in your Offers tab.  If no Counter button is available, then the offer you received from the iBuyer is their ONLY offer and is to be considered HIGHEST AND BEST.

Please DO NOT email the iBuyers directly with questions concerning counter offers, with the exception of Wedgewood (expconcierge@wedgewood-inc.com).  If the offer is not accepted by the seller and there is no counter button available, there will be no further negotiations.
