What are you doing to optimize ads?

Making It Rain managers are always split testing and improving upon the content for all campaigns. We monitor every individual agent campaign for under-performing ads and make adjustments to ad groups, keywords, and bidding. 

In addition to regular monitoring we conduct an "audit" for all campaigns 3-4 weeks after they are launched. After 3-4 weeks we've collected tons of valuable data about the campaign. MIR takes the campaigns data thus far and makes improvements to set campaign up for success long term

When each campaign is "launched" we use the best performing advertising for that state. We target the ideal buyer focusing on several audiences.
  1. Current Homeowners (creating opportunities for buyers that also have a home to sell)
  2. People showing recent Google browsing history interest in homes for sale and obtaining a mortgage
  3. Buyers currently living in the "target areas" and that county(s)
  4. Household income
and much more targeting!... but we can't share our secret recipe to everybody.
