Filling Out Your IABs Form

You are required to fill out and host your own IABs form. For more information on this, please use the links above. The Texas Real Estate Commission hosts a blank fillable version of the document here: https://www.trec.texas.gov/forms/information-about-brokerage-services

We have partially filled in IABs Form available for download here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1oR6jzzAfuT8Jv8z2OGoIAKJMyYY_xBpV

Hosting Your IABS Form Online

You will need to host your IABs form online. We recommend Google Drive and provide video instruction for setting that up here:

Adding IABS To Your BoldTrail Website

Now that we have your IABS sharable link from Google Drive, we can now add it to BoldTrail.

In BoldTrail, click into the Web & IDX section > Website Setttings > Custom Footer Code

Copy and paste this HTML snippet into it:
<a href="REPLACE WITH IABS SHARABLE LINK" target="_blank">Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage Service</a>

Paste your Google Drive link over the "REPLACE WITH IABS SHARABLE LINK" section.
It should look similar to this.

Now click the blue Save button. All done!
You can confirm it is showing the IABS form you just added by going to your site and clicking the Texas RE Commission IABS link at the bottom in the footer.
