Managing your eXp Email Using the Zoho Mail Desktop Application (International Agents Only) - Zoho Mail

The instructions in this article are for international eXp Agents who's email accounts are on the Zoho Mail platform. To see if your account is on the Zoho Mail platform, you can log into your Okta account at https://exprealty.okta.com to verify if a zoho tile has been provided on your account. 

Zoho Mail has a desktop application that can be installed for use on Windows, Mac and Linux.

The desktop application allows for a more performant user experience as well as the ability to manage your email and calendar while offline. You can read and compose emails, make changes to your calendar or contacts and once back online the Zoho Desktop Client will sync with the server to update changes. 

If you'd like to use the Zoho Mail Desktop client you can download to your computer by first logging into your eXp Mail dashboard. Once there click on the profile button at the top right of the interface.


Once the profile menu is open scroll to the bottom where you'll see the 3 OS options available for use with the Zoho Desktop Application. Click the applicable OS for your computer and once the download has completed run the installer to complete the installation.

After the install has been completed launch the software. You'll get a security reminder referencing use on public/shared computer. Once you've read message click proceed by clicking "I understand the risks".


Next you'll be asked to enter your eXp passport credentials across a few different screens. First enter your username/email on the zoho mail login screen that appears and click Next.


Once entered another screen will appear prompting you to proceed with being redirected to our eXp Okta Login for a verified secure login. Click Proceed.



Next you'll need to confirm your Okta login credentials. Enter your username/email on the initial screen as requested.


Lastly, you'll enter your eXp Passport / Okta password on the following screen and click Verify.



Once you've completed all these steps you'll be able to access your eXp Mail through the Zoho Mail desktop application.
