Lofty - eXp Guidance for the Buyer Agent Compensation Field
Due to the 2024 NAR settlement, there are some changes in how buyer agent compensation occurs.
If you use a website and MLS feeds with your Lofty account, you have the ability to add buyer agent compensation to your listings; however, eXp Brokerage Ops has specific guidance on what is required when doing so.
This article explains how to locate and edit the buyer agent compensation field in Lofty.
As you review the steps above, you will see a Compensation Label.
As per eXp Brokerage Ops, the Compensation Label needs to say Seller Concessions.
