kvCORE Office Settings FAQ

Can Tech Support edit the office settings in kvCORE?
No. Tech Support cannot edit the office name, office address, or any office settings in kvCORE. These are all controlled by the broker teams. 


Who does an agent reach out to if they want their kvCORE office name changed?

Agents can reach out to their broker team because the broker teams are the ones who control the office settings. If you are in the US, then you can find the broker's contact information in https://us.exprealty.com/.


Who does an agent reach out to if they want the office address in kvCORE to be changed? 

Agents can reach out to their state broker team if the office address needs updated for all agents in that office or go through the regional office address process listed in this document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WnAayw_EzygDkRpp0gaD93Mr6c5IRCoqP0n8lO2MS9k/edit


If a kvCORE office is missing an MLS ID, then who makes that change?

The broker team would need to work with the eXp kvCORE Compliance team to have that updated.


Can I hide the office address in kvCORE?

Agents can hide the office address in kvCORE if their state/province allows that. You will need to check with your broker team to ensure your site will still be in compliance if you hide the address. Instructions on that process can be found here.

Can I change the office hours in kvCORE?

The office hours are decided by the broker teams as well. That is something agents will need to discuss with their broker teams if there's going to be a change made to the office hours in kvCORE. 


Who does an agent reach out to if their MLS doesn’t have an office set up in kvCORE?

Agents will need to reach out to their state broker team if their MLS that’s listed in Enterprise does not have an office set up in kvCORE. The broker teams are responsible for setting up the offices and would be the only ones capable of providing an ETA on when the office will be live.
