How are opportunities assigned?

How are opportunities assigned?

Our goal is to match the right agent with the right client. Clients come in all shapes and sizes and so do agents.

Proximity, experience, transaction volume, performance, certification and team structure are all important. Institutions and other investors have a very tight commission structure, which can be unattractive to agents. Since agents are motivated to make money, so we look for the best agents who are excited to service the client, while remaining excited for the commission structure.

The most important categories are:

  1. Experience: We want to work with agents who have sufficient experience with investor clients (highest experience level for working with institutions, lower experience for other clients).

  2. Certification: We want to work with agents who are certified for Institutional Investment Services.

  3. Interview: We will interview each agent to confirm they understand the tasks needed per client. Every client is a little different with different commission structures, so it’s critical that you understand and acknowledge the commission structure.

  4. Prior Experience: If we have prior experience with you on the Revenos team or Institutional Investment Services, we will have data that proves your ability to service referrals.
