If I try to submit a property to the platform which is listed in the MLS by an outside firm, and another eXp agent has already submitted that property for consideration, will the system notify me?

YES. If the property has already been submitted by another exp agent, the system will not let you resubmit. You will see an error message stating the APN has already been taken. 


If you entered the property previously and are getting this error message, check your DRAFTS tab in the Properties section:

The property will stay here for five days and then be deleted from the Express offers platform.
