I submitted a property to the ExpressOffers platform and nothing happened. Now What?

Our iBuyers have the option to use a PASS button for a property they do not wish to make an offer on. They also have the option to add text to explain why they passed, which is helpful so that you can learn more about the nuances of each iBuyer. Some iBuyers are using this feature, some are not. If you submitted a property to the platform and 2 business days have gone by, chances are you will not be receiving an offer.
Note: If a property does not receive a response in 5 days, it will automatically expire.
