I got an error message that someone already submitted my property, what do I do?

  1. Be sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser.

  2. Try Clearing your Cookies and Cache - Click here for help

  3. When typing in the address, a list will populate under the address field, you must click on the correct address to auto fill the address.


Inside the ExpressOffers platform, click the three bars in the upper left corner, then Properties.  Click the DRAFTS tab to see if the property was automatically saved there. You can continue to work on the property submission and then submit it when you are ready. The property will remain in the DRAFTS tab for 5 days.



NOTE: Each time you move to the next step, your progress is auto saved and will be available for you to resume for the next 5 days.  If you leave the platform in the middle of a step, your data in that step will not be saved.  If after 5 days the property has not been submitted, it will be removed from the platform and you will need to start over.
