How to Use the 'My Link My Lead' Feature
The 'My Link My Lead' feature allows agents to generate unique, trackable links for specific property searches or individual listings on exprealty,com and exprealty.ca. Leads generated through these links are directly emailed to the agent.
To begin creating a unique lead-tracking link, follow these steps:
Log In: Go to agents.exprealty.com Global Referral PLatform (GRP) and log in using your Okta credentials.
Navigate to My Links: Once logged in, you can click on "my links" or "start now" to begin the link creation process.
Create a New Link: Click on "create a new link" for any scenario on the exprealty.com (or exprealty.ca) website.
This allows you to create a link for specific search criteria (e.g., all houses with three bedrooms in a specific area).
Define Search Criteria: Set your desired search parameters (e.g., number of bedrooms, property type like "houses") and adjust the zoom level on the map if necessary (e.g., zooming into Oklahoma City).
Generate Link: When satisfied with the search results, click "create link for my link, my lead."
Name and Finalize: Give the link a descriptive name (e.g., "test 3000") and click "create the link."
This allows you to create a direct link to a single property listing.
Navigate to Property: Go to the specific property you would like to promote.
Generate Link: Click the "create my link here" option.
Finalize: Click "create link."
After generating the link, follow the essential steps below before sharing it with potential leads.
Before finalizing the link, you must review the usage guidelines.
Read Best Practices: Carefully read the best practices regarding how to use and how not to use the links.
Confirm Understanding: Click the "I've read and understood this and create the link" button.
You can retrieve the unique link from agents.exprealty.com.
Refresh: Go back into agents.exprealty.com and refresh the page.
Copy: Copy the unique link from the page.
Testing is a critical step to ensure the link is working correctly for lead generation.
IMPORTANT: Always test the generated link in an incognito window or on a different device. Testing while logged in as an agent ("agent mode") will not work properly.
When a user follows your unique link, the lead-generation process forwards the lead to you and also shows it in the Global Referral Platform.
