How to Perform a Clean Install of eXp World (Mac)

How to Perform a Clean Install

First, you'll need to delete the current version of eXp World installed on your device.


1. Launch Finder, then click the Go tab at the top of the screen.  Select Applications.




2. Locate the eXp World application and move it to Trash.




Next, you must delete a folder named ~/Library/eXpWorld. The Library folder is hidden from view in the regular Finder window, so you must search for it. 

1. Launch Finder, then click the Go tab at the top of the screen.  Select Go to Folder.



2. Type in ~/Library and click the name to launch.



3. Search through the folders and move any folder labeled eXp World to Trash


4. Empty the Trash




Now you are ready to re-download the eXp World installer from: https://exprealty.com/download
