To change your security questions for logging in to passport, you will first need to log in to Passport/Okta at https://exprealty.okta.com. If you are unable to do this yet, you will want to reach out to eXp Tech Support at support@exprealty.net for a password reset. Once you have logged in, follow the steps below to change your security question:
1. Click on your name in the top-right and click “Settings” in the drop-down:
2. Here you will see many settings for your account. You may have a green “Edit Profile” button in the top-right corner of the settings. If you do not have this button, proceed to step 3. If you do have this button, you will need to first click on it and verify your account before proceeding to step 3.
