How To Adjust HOW/WHEN You Get Alerted About A New Lead

To adjust how you receive alerts on new leads, you'll need to adjust lead routing:

1. Click Dropdown In Top Right & Click "Lead Routing"



2. Click "+ New Rule" To Create A New Rule Or Click "Edit" To Edit Existing Rule

 One Rule We'd Recommend Creating Is New Leads That "Visited Your Subdomain"

3. Add Lead Routing Name

4. Select Source & Lead Type

5. Decide How You Want To Get Notified Via "Distribution Configuration"

6. Click "Add Rule" Button To Save

Important: If you select Call or SMS, it will call or text the cell phone you have listed in your profile. Please make sure that is up to date and correct
