How Often Should I Be Meeting With My Mentor?
Mentors and mentees should meet as often as reasonably possible each month. As eXp Realty is a cloud-based brokerage, we see the value in remote/virtual training. It is also encouraged that mentors & mentees meet in person when possible. Mentees should make themselves available for shadowing opportunities. It is recommended for mentors and mentees to discuss their schedules and time commitments to make sure that schedules align and expectations are set initially. Both parties should work together to determine how many hours a week/ month can be allocated to mentoring sessions. Please note that some mentors work with multiple mentees and may offer small group mentoring sessions. Group training sessions are absolutely encouraged!
