Step 1: Join the ExpressOffers Slack Channel

Step 2: Review the MVP Agent SOP & FAQ
It explains how to submit properties, finalize offers, and follow the correct workflow.

Step 3: Understand the Platform
ExpressOffers MVP is powered by Zoodealio and currently operates through a submission form (no login required).
All submissions go through the ExpressOffers system for review and preliminary offer generation.

Step 4: Submit a Property
Follow the SOP to access the submission link.
When completing the form:

  • Use your eXp Realty email and your own contact info (never the seller’s).

  • Review your preliminary AVM offer once received.

Step 5: Finalize Your Offer (Optional but Recommended)
Click “Finalize Offer” under your preliminary offer to have the underwriting team review and produce a more accurate number before meeting your seller.

Step 6: Track Your File
You’ll receive instant text and email notifications as your submission moves through each stage:
Offer Received → Interior Evaluation → Walkthrough → Offer Accepted → Closed/Paid

Step 7: Get Support When Needed
