Needs assessment with the client is completed when web accept the opportunity
eXp Relo Mgr searches our eXp Relo Certified agent list for the agent that best matches the clients needs (area/experience/transactions completed)
eXp Relo Mgr will call/text the agent with the opportunity to discuss needs and timeline, access to MLS in the area house is located or client would like to search for properties, knowledge of market area.
Agent has about 5 minutes if we do not reach right away to call back before eXp Relo Mgr will have to move on to next available certified agent.
