Right-click on the tab and see if the tab is muted
Try a hard refresh using Ctrl+R
Try an incognito window:
Incognito Mode / Private Browsing
Try a different web browser.
Check if you can turn the volume up on the computer, speakers, etc.
If you are using Windows: Check the Volume Mixer by right-clicking on the volume icon in the bottom right and selecting “Open Volume Mixer”. Check that the volume for the browser is turned up.
If you are using Windows: Check that the correct audio device is selected by right-clicking on the speaker icon in the bottom-right, select “Sound Settings”. In the new window under “Advanced”, select “More Sound Settings”. The device you are listening through should have a green checkmark by it. If not, select it and click the “Set Default” button.
