Getting Started with your CORE Team Add-On


What are the different types of users that can be added?


Agents

As a CORE Team Add-On purchaser you can request that eXp agent kvCORE user accounts be added to your kvCORE team add-on so that they also benefit from the team experience this add-on provides.

As the Administrator of the CORE Team Add-on you do have some responsibilities before making the request.
  1. Any agents added must be an active agent with eXp Realty.
    1. They must have completed onboarding and be fully active with eXp Realty.
  2. The agent must have an active kvCORE account*
    1. They have opted into kvCORE and have received their "Welcome to kvCORE" email
    2. They have validated they have successfully signed into kvCORE
  3. They must be a member of the MLS that your kvCORE Team add-on displays**
  4. You must have full consent from the agent to add them to your CORE Team Add-On

* Some MLS require an additional approval process. All agents must complete the approvals before they gain access to kvCORE. Agents who are going through an approval process will not be added to a CORE Team Add-on.

** There are cases where the agents on your team may be members of other MLS, you must work with kvCORE support to have any IDX feeds removed from your connected agents sites as by default they will borrow everything connected to the CORE Team Site as well as the eXp Office. Failure to do so could result in IDX shut down for your CORE Team Add-on.



ISA/Assistant

As a CORE Team Add-On purchaser you can request to have an account created for your ISA(s) and/or if you have staff that help you manage your business but they are not active agents you can have an account created for them*

* Accounts created for ISA or Assistants that are not licensed agents will not have their own branded site. Their account will default to the primary Team site.
Accounts created for an ISA or Assistant must be for someone who is not licensed and has no affiliation with any other brokerage.


Lender

As a CORE Team Add-On purchaser you can request that a Lender kvCORE account be attached to your CORE Team Add-On*
This allows for more comprehensive lead routing that includes the ability to auto assign lenders to specific leads as they are generated into the Team's kvCORE CRM.


Who can Submit the requests?

These requests must be initiated by one of the following:
  1. The agent who purchased the CORE Team Add-On
  2. An agent who is connected to the CORE Team Add-On and who has a Team Admin Role assigned to their kvCORE account for this team
  3. An Admin of the Team, who is not an agent but provides staff services for the team
