Check List - Things to check for before getting started
Congratulations! You have successfully opted into kvCORE and have received your "Welcome to kvCORE" email
Here are a couple of items to check before you start setting up your kvCORE account
1. Verify you can successfully log into your kvCORE account
Your "Welcome to kvCORE" email contains your login information.
2. Verify that your kvCORE account was created with a subdomain
All agent kvCORE accounts are created with legal first name legal last name.exprealty.com
You can view this inside of your kvCORE account 2 ways:
1. log into your kvCORE account and on the left hand side click on Web&IDX
2. log into your kvCORE account and click on your email address at the top right. In that drop down click on Agents.
this area will display your name, phone number, email and then Website along with the corporate site your kvCORE account borrows the IDX feed from.
If you would like to alter your subdomain you can email support@exprealty.com to make this request
There is Broker approval required before the subdomain can be changed. They have an SOP in place for this approval and then submission to kvCORE for completion.
If you are missing your subdomain please email support@exprealty.com and they can correct this
There are instances where you may have the same legal first and last name as an existing agent. The account creation process is automated and the system will not duplicate an existing subdomain attached to an active kvCORE account. A middle initial or state initials may be used if that is the case.
3. Verify that your subdomain is working and the website loads
If your kvCORE site does not load please email support@exprealty.com
Inside Real Estate uses a service called Cloudflare to provide the secured connection for you site. Their system is set to auto add any new subdomains fairly quickly but there are occasions where it was not added. We can submit these to their support or you can chat with them inside of your kvCORE account.
4. Verify that your kvCORE account has the correct IDX feed attached
Look at the MLS Disclaimer in the footer of your site
Look at the listings on your site
If they are not correct, email
support@exprealty.com
5. Make sure to have any compliance information ready to add to your site
If you are unsure if your MLS requires additional compliance information please reach out to
your state's eXp Realty Broker Team.
