Can I submit a HUD foreclosure to ExpressOffers?
Yes, however, when looking at HUD deals, pay attention to the offer restrictions of the other listing or on the HUD foreclosure website. Typically, the first 7 to 21 days are reserved for owner occupied offers ONLY. Investor offers will only be considered after this period has expired. We can NOT submit HUD properties to our investors for an offer until AFTER that period has expired. Additionally, many of our iBuyers have staff dedicated to watching these sites. You would be much better served finding sellers in your local market that may need an ExpressOffers option.
