Can an attorney or the seller make changes to the eXp Disclosure to Sellers document?
No. The Acknowledgement part of the Disclosure to Sellers document cannot be altered or revised in any way. It must have seller’s initials at the bottom of each page and be fully executed. However, you can highlight or underline parts of the document that you would like to stand out.
You MUST upload the signed Disclosure to Sellers Acknowledgement into Skyslope.
