Basics: How To Mark Your Avatar As "Away"

When in eXp World you might find that you need to step away for a few moments but you don't want to have to log out and log back in.

 

The "Away" feature allows your Avatar to go idle while also displaying a message above your name that says "Away"

To mark your Avatar as away, simply follow these steps:

 

1. Click on the > by your name
2. Click "Set Status" and select the appropriate status

 

To come back from being away, simply 

     

1. Click on the "MIC IS OFF" icon on the bottom left of the screen
2. The icon will change to "MIC IS ON" indicating that you are back.
