If you are not able to navigate eXp.World using your arrow keys and only by using the mouse or W A S and D keys, then it’s possible a Google Chrome setting called “Navigate pages with a text cursor” is causing the issue. You can disable this by following the steps below:
Click the 3 vertical dots in the top-right corner of Google Chrome and select “Settings” from the dropdown.
In Settings, select “Accessibility” on the left.
From there, make sure that “Navigate pages with a text cursor” is not selected. We want the toggle to be gray.
You can then return to the eXp.World tab and see if you are now able to navigate using the arrow keys. If you are still experiencing issues, you can reach out to Tech Support using the “Help” button in the bottom-left corner, by emailing support@exprealty.net, or by visiting the Technical Support Outpost at https://exp.world/techsupport-agent
